BSOD playing Deus Ex: Human Revolution

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I recently performed a clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate x64 on my Lenovo Y480 laptop. Specs are available here: Lenovo IdeaPad Y480 Specs - Laptops - CNET Reviews (The only thing I changed was the hard drive, which is now an SSD).

Unfortunately, about five minutes into playing Deus Ex, I always get a BSOD. I've attached the requested zip file to this post. Please let me know if there is anything else I can provide!

I've attached a hastily taken snapshot of the BSOD. It only lasts a few seconds before the computer automatically restarts.
