BSOD playing Dota 2, error 0x0000009f

Recently I've been getting BSOD while playing Dota 2 or putting my lappy to hibernate or shut down. This wasn't happening before and using the BlueScreenView I'm guessing it has something to do with ntoskrnl.exe or something. Please help me, it's happening very often now.
