BSOD playing dota2

I receive randomly BSOD while dota2 is running with the following signature:

I just formated so that should not be the issue. I expect graphic drivers or RAM to be the problem.

It seems that the driver has attempted to execute a page of virtual memory with a non-execute protection bit.

I still have problem after installing the suggested drivers. I also tried to format again just to make sure any old drivers got cleaned.

So now I basically got only; newest display drivers, steam and dota2. Still receive BSOD.
