0x124's are typically related to a hardware issue and can only be isolated by stress testing the major components.

If overclocking, reset all overclocks back to their default settings and then follow these:

CPU - run the HIGH test
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/220743-cpu-stress-test-using-intelburntest.html

Video - run the FURMARK test for 20mins
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/330579-graphics-card-problems-diagnose.html
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100356-video-card-stress-test-furmark.html

Storage - run the SHORT test using the DOS version

MrPapiCodeX, How long did you run Furmark and what were your High temps? If you will run the rest of the tests Golden suggested perhaps the real culprit will surface.

That is your Intel Graphics driver and is pretty old. Check your manufacturer's or motherboard's web site for an updated version.

Please fill out your System Specs

   Information
Your System Specs will help us to help you, and doing it in this manner will make them available to all helpers in every post and keep us from hunting for them. We ask that you fill them out in as much detail as possible including Desktop or Laptop, Model number if it is an OEM computer and all components with the Manufacturer and Model number if possible.

If you will go to your last post and click the 'System Specs' in the bottom left of the post, you will find a link to update your system specs. Please fill those out in as much detail as possible, making sure to click save at the bottom of the page. If you would like to know what we would like, you can click 'My System Specs' at the bottom left of this post to see mine. If you do not know what your components are, this will help you accomplish this task. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/180324-system-info-see-your-system-specs.html

CPU - run standard only cant start if high. Btw it Success.

Storage - run the SHORT test using the DOS version : Passed (I used the windows version cant find the .iso file for DOS)

Video Card -Stress Test with Furmark : it was stack on 59. thats why i end it.

You should be able to download the most recent drivers from Asus here Notebooks & Ultrabooks - K42JC - ASUS The problem with the graphics is it is switchable and the CPU decides which one to use. The graphics that crashed on you was the one in the CPU. You can usually get more current drivers from Intel for your integrated graphics and Nvidia for your dedicated card. The problem usually is that moist OEM companies design their drivers to work differently and modify them accordingly. So, most of the time you are forced to use the OEM drivers, which can be pretty old. If you prefer you can go to the Nvidia control panel and select which graphics driver to use in all situations, but with the way yours is set up, it would probably have to be the integrated graphics and not the Nvidia graphics. The best results are that way. All of your graphics, as I understand it run through the CPU. Therefore if you disable the integrated graphics to use the Nvidia graphics, you would have none. You should try updating both the Nvidia and integrated graphics from the Asus web site. If that does not work out for you, I would recommend you disable the Nvidia graphics and only use the integrated graphics. Many times Optimus can be disabled in BIOS if it becomes necessary. I have a Laptop with Optimus graphics. I went to the Nvidia control Panel > Manage 3D settings and selected the dedicated graphics card as the primary graphics adapter. That means that the Laptop always uses the Nvidia card. The downside of that is your battery life takes a big hit by doing that, but with mine at least I get no crashes.

If i disable the Nvidia it lowers the approx. total memory as shown in the screenshot below.

The one w/ 1600+ mb is nvidia.
The one w/ 700+ mb is intel.

at one of my screenshot is in nvidia. If i choose the integrated one? whats the use of my nvidia?

Well, you are correct about what use is the Nvidia. But, if the drivers do not use it correctly, it causes BSODs. As far as the memory, the Nvidia has it's own memory, the Integrated Graphics uses shared memory. It uses system memory if it needs it.
