Been having these problems for a while now so i decided to swap some parts ouot for new ones,

including:

GPU, memory, mobo, CPU, PSU

i re-installed windows and all latest drivers, windows updates and newest GPUdrivers.

about the only thing I haven't changed was the primary SSD crucial M4 128GB drive as this is only a few weeks old. but could be a problem drive???

i am stuck for ideas where to start been chasing these BSOD for a long time now and i cant play a decent game of COD or titanfall now and its getting annoying. sometimes I just crash out without a blue screen, and this is the second time I haver typed this thread out :P

also ran memtest85 and done the usual SFC cleans and no errors reported.

i hope someone can find some time to help me resolve my problems.

Many thanks for the support.
