i ran who crashed and it told me this, I dont know what i need to do please help!

One resolution

This very annoying bug has been resolved for me I think by unchecking the option to "use hardware acceleration when available) in Firefox>>Tools>>Options>>Advanced>>General (tab)>Browsing
