Keep crashing during Skyrim. Other games seem to work fine. Whocrash thinks it maybe USB 3.0.

Welcome to SF Autumnknight :).

The main issue appears to be originating from your Logitech G35 headset.
Please look for an update and it doesn't help uninstall the software associated and its drivers
at lease as a counter measure for the purpose of troubleshooting.

:ar: Roll back the Beta driver you are currently using as it not intended to be used as a permanent solution.
Code:
Name NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770
Driver Version 9.18.1[COLOR=Red][U]3.3193[/U][/COLOR]
:ar: When installing, choose Custom and deselect (Don't install) GeForce Experience.

:ar: Please update your e-2200 Ethernet driver.
Code:
lmvm e22w7x64
Browse full module list
start end module name

:ar: Please remove any MSI Utility found on the system.

How sure are you that your GPU isn't overclocked?

wow! thank you very much.
I'll throw away the G35 headset. It's heavy, hot, and the ear muffs wore out a long time ago. I made due with some window trim foam from the hardware store... really.
I rolled the GTX 770 driver back from the beta. I had installed it to fix a BF4 issue, but I forget what that was now and I've had it with BF4.
I updated the Ethernet driver last night, and I've never OC'ed. My system is pretty blazing as is with all video settings on ULTRA, don't see a need.
Will post my latest findings and a new SF diag at next crash.

Don't physically bin the headset just yet, we need to see how things play out ;).
Be sure to come back with an update which ever way things go.
