Hi all,

This is my first post. Hope this post is as per the guidelines.
My system's been built some 6 months back and I installed Windows 7 x64 Ultimate straightway. I have been noticing random occurrences of system hangs, which forces me to restart at times while it recovers some times.

Also occasionally the system crashes with BSOD. I noticed that BSOD occurs when the videos are played.

Could someone please help me out? I'm attaching the required dump and PERFMON html. Also the system info taken from Speccy is also included in the zip.

My system's info:

Is Windows 7 . . .
- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? - x64
- the original installed OS on the system? - Windows 7 Ultimate
- an OEM or full retail version? - Full Retail

- What is the age of system (hardware)? - About 6 months
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) - 6 months

Appreciate the help! Thanks much in advance.

- Ravi

IBM WebSphere Application Server V8.0 has problems. Please uninstall it. Feel free to reinstall the latest, WIn7 compatible version after the system is stabilized.

Intel(R) Display Audio is disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why? Please re-enable the device and update it's drivers. Feel free to disable it again after doing this.

Analysis of these BSOD's is inconclusive. Please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings That'll let us know if it's a driver or a hardware/Windows issue.
