My Windows 7 x64 crashes following a sleep session. I have uploaded the mini dump file so if anyone can help that would be amazing.

Welcome, I have done a quick analsysis of your file. Since it is late, I did not go into much detail. A cursory examination indicates that the cause may be a virus.
Run an antiviru scan and downlaod and run malwarebytes. Post your results. If you are clean, I will do further work tomorrow. If not clean remove them as soon as possible.

The virus involved should be removed, they can cause more problems than just BSOD

If you havent been asked already you should run a system file check to verify and repair your system files

to do so type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow

Let us know the results

Hmm, again that scan came back fine.

I've used Malwarebytes and AVG, both came back clean for viruses. I have done a chkdsk, registry repair, system file check, the whole works really.

Ken
Perform a System File Check as suggested by Ken. If the scans were clean, a virus was not the cause of the problem.

Do you have any more DMP files for us to examine? We may need to get more aggressive and use driver verifier. Before you do that you should have: A working win 7 dvd, a restore point, and a backup. Dreover verifier will make your system crash but it should give you what driver is responsible. read about it here. http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lo...-driver-verifier-identify-issues-drivers.html

Let us know if you need help.

Based upon the information in the mini dump file, there can be several causes to your problem. One is a virus, though unlikely, but it was the most important one to check.

Ken felt that a sfc was necessary, due to potential corrupt files.

The next most likely cause is hardware. Check your hard drive for problems.

Also turn off your computer and boot. Listen carefully to the number, length and order of the post beeps. Report back.
