BSOD - please help

This BSOD had showed up few days ago and i have recovered pc few days back and it did'nt showed up and after installation new updates it comed up again. Updates wia Microsoft Update. The updates was something abou Visual C++ 2005 and XML Core services....how can i fix it?? documents attached

and i have forgotten....with the updates came Adobe reader update as well but it was updated wia adobe updater

i want to ask if C++ 2005 or 2008 can make this BSOD??? i have installed Vegas Pro 9 few days ago and this packages must be installed with it....can they make this problem??
