BSOD Please help

Hi to all,

I am having a really annoying bsod comming up randomly. It says SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and refers to win32k.sys.
I have upgraded all the possible drivers, even flashed bios to 1406, with no change.
Another error im getting more constantly, is while playing world of warcraft. I get error #132 memory could not be read. Ive scanned RAM countless times with the tool windows has, and ive changed the system HDD. Before system was installed on the 300gb SATA drive. Attaching minidump of the latest BSOD instance.

The crash dump file blames usbohci.sys - a component of the Windows USB controller. As such, we expect that this is caused by either drivers for USB device - or problems with the USB devices themselves.

First, it would make things a lot easier if you'd upload ALL if the memory dump files. It's much easier to establish a pattern that way.

It's odd that sptd.sys and nvlddmkm.sys are mentioned in the stack text - so I wonder if there's anything connected to your USB ports that does video processing. I also wonder if you have Daemon Tools or another, similar burning/ripping program installed - the sptd.sys file has been known to cause BSOD's.

Also, please remove these older drivers that were loaded at the time of the crash. Don't use Windows Update or the Update drivers function of Device Manager.
Please use the following instructions to locate the most currently available drivers to replace the one's that you uninstall/remove:

How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

Thanks a lot for the reply,

So you think it could be the drivers?
Ill try to update them respectively, but one thing i noticed, running memtest, is that i cant have all 4 sticks in the slots. memtest gives errors. Each stick seperately gives no error at all, but once i use all it gives errors..
I have a question, if i get 2 identical pairs of ram, will it help, or should i just get 1 pair with a total of 4GB?

If you have errors with MemTest, then it's essential to fix them before we do anything else.

Try running the steps in this link (from Step 7): Memory Diagnostics
This will help to narrow down where the errors are coming from.

Also, with Asus P5 series boards, please visit the Asus website and the RAM manufacturer's website to be sure that the RAM is compatible and that you are running it at the recommended settings.
