BSOD! plz help =(

Hey my motherboard recently was repaired and now this BSOD
They used to come earlier too
The date on the BSOD is messed up coz my computer clock seems to be messed
help

your .dmp file is blaming tcpip.sys ( your network adapter ) as the cause of your crashes.. Download the latest available version from your manufacturers support site..

These drivers are out of date and need to be updated, or uninstall the associated program...
