Solved BSOD/ Post login System Hang/ Explorer.exe Crash

Hey, New here, had this problem for quite a while (been using win7 for over a year with this hardware setup.)

Well so basically, a few weeks after a fresh install (reformat every 3-4 months usually just a personal preference), it starts to hang after logging in. It happens anywhere from 10-45 seconds after entering my password. I don't have much of anything on start-up because I prefer to have it start-up and choose which programs I want to run when..well you get the picture, anyways. So it hangs occasionally, not every time, I would say probably 30-40% of the time. Well recently it crashed, gave me the BSOD. I have the crash dump file I'll attach here. From what it looks like to me, it has something partially to do with my processor. Maybe my chipset, i'm not sure, which is why I'm posting here. I feel like both these problems are related. I'll also include the events the day of it BSOD. If you need more information let me know.

AMD Phenom II 955be (not overclocked)
8gb ram Corsair XMS3 1333mhz dual channel
Asus nVidia ENGTX 560ti 1gb OC edition
Western Digital Blue 320gb hdd
Western Digital Green 500gb hdd


Now, tbh, I'm just plain puzzled at this point, it never BSOD before, I did lose power the other day, but I ran all the hdd, ram, cpu, vga integrity tests i have and they all ran through fine. Its about time for a reformat, but I would like to see if I can solve this problem.

Reformatted. Nothing installed but drivers, and it BSOD of death again.

Bugcheck error 0x00000050

From what I can find it seems to be a hardware error, specifically with either my ram or my hard drive. I ran Memtest and chkdsk already.

Help would greatly appreciated.

Did it again, heres the minidump...had the same bugcheck error in event viewer ie --> 0x00000050

Test your memory
I would test it again, for 8 passes and then test each stick for 6 passes.

okay, well I ran it on all 4 at once, it amassed something like 2000000 errors and then stalled. Wouldnt complete one pass, so I just went and ran 2 passes on the first stick I tested alone and passed with no errors, then I went to the next stick, and it stalled at like 300000 errors, and wouldnt complete a pass. the rest of the sticks ran fine. I took a working stick and ran it through slot 2 and it passed fine. So I'm determining that stick 2 is dead since I doubt that it can be repaired. Unless theres a way I'll just run with 3 sticks until I can upgrade my ram

Well, anyway we found the cause of the BSODs. Any further questions just post.
When you buy the ram, dont just buy what you need, replace all the sticks at once.

I'll give you a quick thing to try.

Remove all chips.

Reinsert one and only one chip.

Make 100% certain that the chip is firmly installed.

Failure in install chips correctly and firmly is normally the cause of such massive failures.

Tested the dead stick in two other slots, same result.
Tested all sticks in separate slots, no problems except with the dead stick.
I'll keep this post open just in case something else happens, otherwise I'll mark it solved in a day or two.

Replace all the sticks at once, not just that one bad stick.

No need to replace all as long as he gets a 100% identical ram from the same manufacturer.

Replace all at once, its cheap enough.That is always the safest and best way.
