BSOD, probably ati driver

Today I get a BSOD while I was navigating and doing an OCR in the background.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello and welcome senhal now the dump is not showing anything specific and the only thing that I can find that is in any way obvious is what is in the pic - I don't know what it is saying so will leave that to you.

It is a problem device in the msinfo32.inf file
