BSOD Problem happend during restart!

So last few months i have had windows 10 and had a bsod which caused looping restarting to troubleshoot and had to reformat. This time i tried windows 7 and have had that running for about a month and last night when i clicked restart computer then force close restart i got a bsod. I think its all linked since windows 10 bsod luckly this time i didnt have to reformat like windows 10 when that bsod. but any help would be nice, thank you.
