Sorry for being slow at posting back (been held up at work >,<), I have done everything you said Panais, updated my drivers and updated windows, it's working better so far but I still get some blue screens every once in a while.

Update your Realtek RTL8168D/8111D Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC
Realtek

Download,install and update SUPERAntiSpyware.com - Downloading File

Enter in safe mode and full scan with malwarebytes.

Restart and again full scan in normal mode.

Run http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html Select also and end enable the Scan and Attempt Recovery of Bad Sectors option.
