BSOD problem IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hello,

I recently put together a new PC and have been having random BSOD problems from the word go. They happen at random times sometimes one every minute for an hour(as many as 50 a day), and sometimes days w/o issue. Its really starting to drive me up the wall. I tried to exhaust all other methods before posting like this, to avoid dumping the problem on someone else, but my patients has run out and the new semester is starting so I need a stable system.

Any help would be appreciated

System Spec

original OS Windows 7 premium x64
currently Professional x64 (upgrade disk used for re-install)
both full retail
System hardware is approximately 2 months old.
Don't know if its considered a re-install but I used my Professional x64 upgrade disk to repair/upgrade the premium install that was stuck in a repair loop 2 days ago.

You experienced a memory corruption. Therefore, I recommend you to do a MemTest85+.

It would also be worth a try to remove one stick after testing both, to see if the problem only happens on one stick and not both. To test the slots, you can borrow some sticks from a friend or whatever, and then redo the MemTest85+, and observe any errors incoming.
