Update your nForce chipset drivers: Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers

You nVidia graphics card drivers appear to be corrupted. Re-install with the following steps.
  1. Download the drivers you want for your display card(s)
  2. Click Start Menu
  3. Click Control Panel
  4. Click Uninstall a program
  5. For NVIDIA:
    • Uninstall the NVIDIA Graphics Driver (this should uninstall all NVIDIA software and drivers)
    • Restart your computer
    • Make sure NVIDIA 3D Vision Driver, NVIDIA 3D Vision Video Player, NVIDIA HD Audio Driver, and NVIDIA PhysX System Software are not still listed under Uninstall a program through Control Panel
    • If any remain of the above, uninstall one at a time
    • If asked to restart after uninstalling any of the above, do so, and continue uninstalling any remaining NVIDIA items until all are removed
  6. Restart your computer after uninstalling drivers for all display cards
  7. Install the driver you selected for the display cards once Windows starts

Thanks for answering and willing to help. I did graphic card reinstall like u told me (even used driver sweeper and ccleaner to erase all traces from registry), but problem still exist. I want to mention that i had already done reinstall OS before i made this topic/put question in this forum. I was thinking that this BSOD problem can be caused by some viruses, but BSOD showed again. Than I decide to put question here, u answer me what could be the reason, but problem is still there. What else could be the reason, do u have some clue?

Thank u one more time.

P.S. I had also made some changes in dump memory (startup and recovery) before i put my question here - i was watching some topics from this forum, and see that someone recommend http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/204214-dump-file-change-default-location.html explanation number 8. Does this can be a reason for BSOD showing still ? Do i need to restore parameters how it was before?

Keep your .dmp files in the default C:\Windows\Minidump location. Moving them from that location will not cause more crashes, but it will make it difficult to debug them unless you manually upload each .dmp file to this thread.

Check if you have a startup program or service conflict that is causing the crashes. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorial...ation-conflicts-performing-clean-startup.html

If that does not work, see if you have a driver incompatibility.
  • If you are overclocking any hardware, please stop.

  • An underlying driver may be incompatible\conflicting with your system. Run Driver Verifier to find any issues. To run Driver Verifier, do the following:
    a. Backup your system and user files
    b. Create a system restore point
    c. If you do not have a Windows 7 DVD, Create a system repair disc
    d. In Windows 7:
    • Click the Start Menu
    • Type verifier in Search programs and files (do not hit enter)
    • Right click verifier and click Run as administrator
    • Put a tick in Create custom settings (for code developers) and click next
    • Put a tick in Select individual settings from a full list and click next
    • Set up the individual settings as in the image and click next
      View attachment 211925
    • Put a tick in Select driver names from a list
    • Put a tick next to all non-Microsoft drivers.
    • Click Finish.
    • Restart your computer.

If Windows cannot start in normal mode with driver verifier running, start in safe mode. If it cannot start in safe mode or normal mode, restore the system restore point using http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html OPTION TWO.

Thanks to zigzag3143 for contributing to the Verifier steps.
If you are unable to start Windows with all drivers being verified or if the blue screen crashes fail to create .dmp files, run them in groups of 5 or 10 until you find a group that causes blue screen crashes and stores the blue screen .dmp files.
The idea with Verifier is to cause the system to crash, so do the things you normally do that cause crashes. After you have a few crashes, upload the crash reports for us to take a look and try to find patterns.

When you are ready to disable Verifier: Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Right click Command Prompt -> Run as administrator -> Type the following command and then Enter:
    verifier /reset
    -> Restart your computer.

Sorry for being boring, but i don't understand how can i figure out is that startup program or service conflict that is causing the crashes. I follow the instructions, but in that instruction said (after cleanup startup): After the computer finishes restarting, determine whether the problem is resolved., Start the affected game or program to determine whether the problem is resolved... I don't have problem with particular program or game, my PC crashes (have BSOD problem) randomly. I simply don't understand how will i know if those cleanup startup change anything?!

You my have to wait a while to see. The only startup program and services that are required to start are Microsoft based and your antivirus/security software. Since you will be waiting a while, ensure that your antivirus/security software is still set to start during startup.

I only see two crashes from May 10th; when was the last time it crashed prior to that? When was the last time it crashed after May 10th?

Hi, it's me again :). I didn't write anything couple of days, because i tried to solve this BSOD problem doing various thing. Unfortunally, nothing have worked out yet. I did next things:

1. Again uninstall graphic card (GT 240) drivers , and install different drivers (older), assuming that maybe this existing drivers have some bugs causing BSOD. - but situation hadn't change.

2. Did hardisk check, but test hadn't show any bad sectors.

3. Did ram memory test/check with memtest86+, but none errors didn't show up.

4. Installed Everest ultimate to check proccesor temperature assuming that maybe my proccesor is heaten too much. Results showed that teperature is sometimes raising, but it hadn't cross maximum allowed temperature for my proccesor (DualCore AMD Athlon 64 X2, 2600 MHz 5000+), which is 70°C by some specificasion that i find on internet.

5. At last, i did that "test" of driver incompatibility by procedure that u wrote me. Restart my computer, and nothing specialy happenned. OS startup little slower but it startup without any crash. Altough, when i tried to shutdown computer after that procedure of driver verifier, BSOD shown up, not allowing to shutdown computer. Should i keep those changed parameters, or should i disable Verifier?

One last thing: I also suspected that maybe my motherboard (Asus M2N-SLI ) simply isn't commpatible with windows7 OS. I searched on internet for that information, and on one forum found some talks, where somedody said that probably isn't, but on other site's/forum people saying that is commpatible.

U can see that i really tried to find reason which causing that BSOD, but nothing have worked out yet, and it began to be very frustrating :). I hope that i provide u some usefull informations in this post, that maybe help u to find what can be the reason for crashing.

P.S. I send u couple of minidumps file from windows/minidump, which was created after
several Blue screen crashes in last couple of days. Maybe that can be hellpful too.

Best regards, and thank u very much!

I installed PC tools - Spyware doctor, only few days ago (just to scan computer with that tool also), which means that has nothing to do with this mine BSOD problem. Problem started much earlier, what u know after all...

I'm not sure if i understand second part of answer - What i think i understand is to keep those verifier settings, like i did from your instruction? If that is true, i don't understand for how long i should keep it that way, and what i need to do precissely according to that verifier thing? Also, how could i shutdown my computer with those settings? I told u that doesn't let me to shutdown

If your crashes prior to PC tools being installed are still present, keep Verifier enabled. Try enabling only five non-Microsoft drivers at a time for twice as long as it generally takes to get a crash. See if that allows the system to restart/shutdown still.

Move to the next set of five after the twice as long period, then the next set after another period of twice as long, etc.
