Hello,

I keep having BSOD problems occur and I have tried the debugger and verifier but I don't understand what it shows me. (also running verifier makes my computer bsod on start up) I just ran the blue screen view and the following files are shown in red (though depending on each blue screen they change, we turned sleep mode off which seemed to stop blue screens for a while but yeah, i want to fix it properly. Computers should be able to sleep if they want to!)

ntoskrnl.exe

Rt64win7.sys

hal.dll - from what i can see only occured once whilst I was trying to figure out a solution.

atikmdag.sys - this one seemed to disappear when we stopped the computer from being able to go to sleep mode.

Hope someone can assist. My computer is only about 10 months old and this has been going on for a few months.

My computer (built with my partner all new parts at the time)-
*Asus P6T-SE Intel Mainboard
*Intel Core i7-930 / 2.80GHz / 8MB Cache / LGA1366
*6G Kit DDR3
*Western Digital Caviar Green Power 1.5TB 7200RPM 64MB SATA 3Gbs
*Asus ATI EAH5850-2DIS-1GD5 RADEON 5850, 1G, DDR5, PCIE2.0, 2xDVI, HDCP, HDMI, DX11, ATX
*Windows 7 Professional 64 OEM - but we installed it
*Apevia Xcruiser case with 500w power supply

Thanks.

You have two problems going on here ... As you can see atikmdag.sys (Part of your video card drivers) is being blamed for the majority of your crashes ... Download DriverSweeper and remove all traces of your Graphic card drivers and download and reinstall the latest available drivers for your card.

Your second problem is Rt64win7.sys ... This is Realtek RTL8168D/8111D Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC driver ... Download the latest version at Realtek

Try removing any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done:DuplexSecure - Downloads
