I can only run Windows 7 Home Premium (different computer than the one I'm posting from) in safe mode. When I try to use the Diagnostic Tool, it says that it is saving the files but then it doesn't finish up with giving me the folder on my desktop. Any idea how I can get the files to show so that I can attach them to this thread?

Any help is appreciated...

The antivirus program isn't working so I don't think that's the problem. Any other ideas? :)

If I do a system recovery, should that fix the problem?
