Solved BSOD problem unexpected shutdown.How do I Fix it?

Whenever i shut down my computer, it doesn't shuts down, only blue screen appears and then proceeds to booting process.It has the "start windows normally",safe mode etc options. It happened during Im browsing the internet and my brother accidentally push the shut down button and ask to force shut down or to wait for background programs to close. Then i choose cancel and when I close My computer,blue screen with text appears for a short period of time and then proceeds to booting process and the "start windows normally",safe mode etc options appears.Thanks
