bsod problem

Im trying to repurpose a computer for use as an htpc to prove concept to my wife so i can build a small htpc for real.

Basic specs are
asrock n7ad sli
e7400
4 gb ram
hd4770
hauppage 2250
650w power supply
win7 64bit

dual screen with dell monitor (dvi primary) and 47 inch vizio (s video secondary)

i have been playing around with wmc, and boxee. Boxee opens directly to my tv, i move wmc to my tv with ultramon. For the most part everything works great except netflix streaming. About half the time the video/audio locks, starts making a screeching sound and either goes to bsod or i have to hit the reset button. This has happened from time to time since i built this system so i know there is something not right somewhere, but its more annoying now when im trying to impress the wife with the idea of a new htpc.

i ran memtest overnight, 10 passes no errors

anyway dump file attached.

thanks
mike

This is a STOP 0x116 error. Try the suggestions from this topic: http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lo...op-0x116-video_tdr_error-troubleshooting.html

There are drivers suggestive of DaemonTools/Alcohol 120% showing in the dump files. Please uninstall the program, then run this free uninstaller to remove traces of the sptd.sys file: DuplexSecure - FAQ - Remove 64 bit sptd.sys

It is possible that the following older drivers may be causing your problems.
Please either REMOVE or Update the older drivers listed below.
HOW TO FIND DRIVERS:
DO NOT use Windows Update or the Update Driver function of Device Manager as they are not the most current versions available.
Also, DO NOT update from the PC Manufacturer's website unless the Driver Reference cited below states that you should get the drivers from the OEM.

The most common drivers are located on this page: Driver Reference
If you can't find the driver, post back and we'll see what we can find.

Here's the older drivers that were found in the memory dump files:
