BSOD problem!

Hello all
I used to have lots of BSOD problem when playing NBA2K or Assassin's Creed and those kinds of games, I was told that it's my video card's problem so I changed a video card, but bluescreens still happen rarely. Here are recent two after changed the video card.

It's Win7 x64 OEM, and I zipped the dxdiag.txt in so you can get the information about my hardwares.

In addition to the RAM test recommended by yowanvista, I recommend that you update your graphics drivers. Here are the latest ones for your card: ATI Radeon

You want Individual downloads > Display driver only.

Also, I think a hard drive test may pay off. Test the drive with SeaTools.

I've done the RAM test for about 7 hours and finished 7 passes but no error happened.

Two more crashes happened when I played NBA2K yesterday and watch a online clip today respectively. Here is the new dump file.

The dmp point to ntkrpamp.exe as the probable cause. We know this is not the case, as these are core OS files, and will definitely not cause a BSOD. They are just the default files the debuggers blame when they can't see a better cause. We need to run driver verifier to pinpoint the faulting driver...

- Go to Start and type in "verifier" (without the quotes) and press Enter
- Select "Create custom settings (for code developers)" and click "Next"
- Select "Select individual settings from a full list" and click "Next"
- Select everything EXCEPT FOR "Low Resource Simulation" and click "Next"
- Select "Select driver names from a list" and click "Next"
Then select all drivers NOT provided by Microsoft and click "Next"
- Select "Finish" on the next page.

Reboot the system and wait for it to crash to the Blue Screen. Continue to use your system normally, and if you know what causes the crash, do that repeatedly. The objective here is to get the system to crash because Driver Verifier is stressing the drivers

Crash occured when nba2k11.exe was launched
Dump point to your GPU drivers, since you have already reinstalled the drivers check if the card for overheating issues.
Your card/PCI slot might also be defective

I guess it's caused by overheating issue. I downloaded a software to monitor the temperature and it shows CPU's often reaches 75°C. Is it overheated?
My CPUfan blows towards the CPU and I have only one case fan on the back. Which direction should I install it? Blowing inwards or outwards?

75 is high, yes. If you only have one fan, I'd have it sucking air out of the case.
