In that case, what do I do with it?

First, uninstall the driver identifier program and never use such a thing once again.

Then expect that the BSODs will not be back.

At this point I am thinking that you are safe, because your storage controller mode is AHCI now, not RAID. But bit of worried as the problem causer is back there, though inactive.
