BSOD problem

HELP!
Hi All!
Yep, I took a hit .. of my own doing (pretty much), as I tried to get rid of a warning from AMD RAIDExpert ...I was told to go to Run> msconfig> Start Tab and uncheck it .. Well, I saw it at first then it just vanished.. then I saw it in Utilites and unchecked it there. Now, I get the BSOD and I can't log in in order to recheck it in Utilities. RAID can't read my disc's now.
How can I get back in to msconfig to recheck it . I can't log in or go in SAFE mode.
Any solutions?

Scan the 1TB HDD with SeaTools. Scan the SSD with the tool it came with.

How am I supposed to scan it with SeaTools when I can't even log in ...

Besides , ST only fixes Seagate HDD's. But I can't run a scan, I can't even log in .. But I know what I did to get to where I'm at(as I said in previous post), I just can't open that Utilities tap so that I can recheck the RAIDExpert .
