BSOD problem

Hello everybody,,,can any one help me please.....i bought my laptop last week (Windows7 the OS)the screen goes blue with so many words and after few seconds the laptop shuts down,it has happened 3 times so far ,I don't know what to do ??? Do I need to send back to the shop or sort it out by myself !!!! Is this normal ?Thankx......

It sounds like a driver conflict and probably need alittle more info to really help. Has it done it from day one, have you installed any programs, what anti virus are you using.

No the first time 3 days after I bought it then yesterday and few minutes ago..Its Norton 360 and its still on the 60 days trail,I meant I didn't install it...I only installed the printer softwear so far .....thanx

The first thing i'd do, go to control panel/ add and remove programs and uninstall Norton 360, then go to C: / program files and remove the folder for Norton, then run disk cleanup, then do restart. You want all remants of Norton gone. After you've done that come back and we'll install Microsoft Security Essentials.

To fully uninstall norton, you must use the norton uninstaller or it will leave traces behind. Google it, it's free!

Please try these 3 things:

H/W Diagnostics:
Please start by running these bootable hardware diagnostics:
Memory Diagnostics (read the details at the link)
HD Diagnostic (read the details at the link)

Also, please run one of these free, independent online malware scans to ensure that your current protection hasn't been compromised: Malware (read the details at the link)
Upload Dump Files:
Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and zip up the contents of the folder. Then upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Left click on the first minidump file.
Hold down the "Shift" key and left click on the last minidump file.
Right click on the blue highlighted area and select "Send to"
Select "Compressed (zipped) folder" and note where the folder is saved.
Upload that .zip file with your next post.

If you have issues with "Access Denied" errors, try copying the files to your desktop and zipping them up from there. If it still won't let you zip them up, post back for further advice.

If you don't have anything in that folder, please check in C:\Windows for a file named MEMORY.DMP. If you find it, zip it up and upload it to a free file hosting service - then post the link to it.
Then, follow the directions here to set your system for Minidumps (much smaller than the MEMORY.DMP file): Set MiniDump
Anti-Virus Removal:
Please do the following:
- download a free antivirus for testing purposes: Free AntiVirus
- uninstall the Norton from your system
- remove any remnants of Norton using this free tool: Download and run the Norton Removal Tool
- IMMEDIATELY install and update the free antivirus
- check to see if this fixes the BSOD's
