Hi,
Your dmp bugcheck = 0xA, 0x1E, 0x3B → most likely caused by drivers.

Remove Alcohol or Daemon software because they use sptd.sys which is notorious for causing BSOD in windows 7.
Uninstall sptd.sys with this tools --> DuplexSecure - Downloads
Then for alternative software, you may use MagicIso.

Perform system file checker:
Right click Command Prompt → run as admin → sfc /scannow

Also turn on your windows update and go to device manager.
If there is any yellow exclamation, you must install the correct driver for its device.

Update these drivers:
Code:
AsIO.sys Mon Dec 17 01:11:49 [COLOR=Red]2007[/COLOR] → [URL="http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx"]Asus PCProbe Utility[/URL]
Lycosa.sys Fri Jan 18 00:51:42 2008 → [URL="http://www.razersupport.com/"]Razer Tarantula Keyboard Driver[/URL]
nvm62x64.sys Fri Oct 17 14:01:06 2008 → [URL="http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx"]nVidia Ethernet Networking [/URL]
nvlddmkm.sys Thu May 14 13:48:07 2009 → nVdia video driver
teamviewervpn.sys Thu Dec 13 01:22:09 2007 → [URL="http://support.teamviewer.com/index.php?group=default&_m=knowledgebase&_a=view&parentcategoryid=13&languageid=1"]TeamViewerVPN Network Adapter[/URL]
sptd.sys Sun Oct 11 13:55:14 2009 → Uninstall it

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :
    bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff8000349a306, address which referenced memory

could a bad video card be causing these problems? i am seeing that theres no activaty in my video cards control center, even when a game is running. going to try and update the driver and see if that helps.
