BSOD problems

I've been having BSOD issues almost from the outset of my build in January and February. A few things i've done have seemed to remedy the problem for a couple days only to get the BSOD's reoccuring. They typically happen on startup, I've left the computer on for a week at one point and there were no issues.

I also just dowloaded a trial version of winzip, zipped my jcgriff folder and i'm trying to attach but i get an invalid file msg. from the manage attachments page.
