BSOD question.

so everytime i log into ebay and search something i get the BSOD that says "BAD_POOL_HEADER"... only after i search something... or look at a certain myspace page.. its weird. iv searched all over to do these fixes.. but they are confusing and some that tell me delete this or do that.. it wont delete or it wont move or change. confusing i know. ugh. Thanks

windows 7 64bit. any other info needed?

You need to find and upload the DMP file for us to be able to tell you what is causing it

i read the instructions.. i copied the files into a folder on the desktop ( is that even right? ) but i dont see an option to ZIP the file on the menu bar or right clicking the folder..

i have a wireless router and know my neighbor uses it sometimes.. and his name is jonthan.. so i am confused.

That is simply the location from which Jonathan King ran your dump file on his system. Note the phrase "Loading Dump File". Your attachment must be downloaded, then unzipped onto the local system before running it through the debugger.
