Dumps blame atipmdag.sys, your ATI display drivers

- Boot into safe mode with networking
- Uninstall the ATI drivers including Catalyst Control Center
- Use driver sweeper to remove leftover ATI display driver files Guru3D - Driver Sweeper
- Install the latest drivers Graphics Drivers & Software
- Reboot into normal mode

Code:

Driver verifier seems to be enabled, disable it http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

Malware activity seems to be the cause, these drivers look suspicious
Code:
6158167.sys        fffff880`02b24000    fffff880`02b80000    0x0005c000    0x4acf8eb0    09/10/2009 23:27:44
61581671.sys        fffff880`0465a000    fffff880`04b83000    0x00529000    0x4abcccb1    25/09/2009 17:59:13
61581672.sys        fffff880`010bf000    fffff880`010cd000    0x0000e000    0x4ae02bb9    22/10/2009 13:54:01
Run a scan of Malwarebytes in safemode with networking

This driver is outdated, remove the software using it (most probably used by Asus system utilities such as PC probe, Gamer OSD, smart doctor etc...)
Code:
ATKDispLowFilter.sys        fffff880`04bbe000    fffff880`04bc7a00    0x00009a00    0x482a5671    14/05/2008 07:03:13

Second dump was caused by your Atheros wlan card, update its driver from your from this site or from manufacturer's website
Code:
BugCheck D1, {5628, 2, 0, fffff88004387ef3}

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\athrx.sys, Win32 error 0n2

Magic Disk is the cause, remove it
If tou still get BSODs go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and rename mcdbus.sys to mcdbus.sys.old (you have to do this in safe mode

Code:
BugCheck C4, {81, fffffa8007b48870, 8a, 0}

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\mcdbus.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for mcdbus.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for mcdbus.sys
Probably caused by : mcdbus.sys ( mcdbus+36823 )
