Solved BSOD - Random, continue after re-image

Laptop continues to BSOD even after re-image. User is not sure what they are doing at time of crash. Likely a bad driver, just not sure which. Logs attached.

Three dump files state 0xD1 errors BSOD Index which would indicate a driver error, two of them blame wpsdrvnt.sys Driver Reference Table - wpsdrvnt.sys which is a symantec component and the other blames NETw5s64.sys intel 5100 wifi driver

Yes, it's a friend's work laptop. Just trying to help where their IT department won't.

Have your friend take his PC to his local IT department to take a look at the Symantec software.
