BSOD Random Error code each time

Hi,

I have been struggling to figure this problem out for the past 2 weeks. Hopefully I can explain before I BSOD again... I have had my Qosmio x505 Q870 since 2010 and I have just started getting BSOD with random errors (Memory management, multiple IRP Complete Requests, and a few more). I used Memtest86+ with no problems, I updated my drivers that I could in Device Manager. I guess I am mostly wondering what the file is that is making these BSOD happen and how to continue to fix it. I do not have a way of reading my dump files and was hoping someone could help me out with that.

I did upgrade my memory from 2x2gb to 2x4gb because I was getting these BSOD with the old RAM too and thought new ram would fix it...
