I think all my System info is already in the ZIP, but just in case.

4 GB DDR2 Ram (Used to get errors when I performed Memtest, took it out and cleaned the connectors and doesn't anymore)
nVidia 9800 GT (Some coolers fell off but they're all back now, did some OCCT GPU:RAM Test and it's ok)
AMD Phenom x4 9950 Black Edition
ASUSTeK M4A78-EM
BIOS Version 0406

Problem:
BSOD occurring mostly when I play a video game (League of Legends), but I'm pretty sure it has happened without it. BlueScreenView shows no pattern, the most common cause would be ntoskrnl.dll, but I have had BSOD with no file specified, STOP codes are different, memory address different (about 1 week ago I cleaned my RAM, it's possible I swapped slots, so keep that in mind in case you see a pattern) they've been quite a lot.

I've searched quite a lot and can't find any solution or even source for my problem, so I appreciate the help!:)

Hi I need.

Checked the BSODs within this month, They are not typically game related. But the computer seems to be old?

Update your BIOS to Version 2102 from ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download M4A78-EM.

Install the NVIDIA DRIVERS 314.22WHQL only.

  • Uninstall All nvidia items in Control Panel > Programs and features
    • 3D Vision Control Driver
    • 3D Vision Driver
    • Graphics Driver
    • HD Audio Driver
    • PhysX
    • nvidia Update
(Are you using nvidia chipset drivers? If so, dont uninstall anything other than those are listed).
  • Now follow Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling
  • Download 314.22 WHQL. While installing, Select Custom (Advanced) install. In the next page, follow this settings:

If the mouse is old enough, use another one, at least as a test.

Are you overclocking? As you are getting BSODs, you should stop overclocking and run all the hardware components like CPU, GPU and RAM to their default settings.

Check if the Power Supply Unit (PSU) supplying adequate power to the computer or not.
eXtreme Power Supply Calculator
Also let us know the wattage of the PSU.

Is the computer hot? Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy. Alternatively, you can publish a Speccy snapshot too: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/311593-speccy-publish-snapshot-your-system-specs.html .

Let us know the results.

I have updated BIOS and did a fresh install on the graphic card driver. I have a 650W PSU, my Desktop is only using roughly 500W according to eXtreme Power Supply Calculator.
I'm not overclocking.
I will now start playing a few games and will come back in a few hours to post the temperatures.

Unfortunately it's not yet fixed :(
Here's the last min dumps, I just had 2 BSoD's in a row, I believe it might have something to do with Audio, both times I was on skype, the headset is connected through USB sound card adapter and there is a USBPort error in 1 of the BSoD, the headset also has fallen to the ground a few times and got glued, maybe some short-circuit?
Anyways I'll leave it here, hopefully you can help me, at this point I'm clueless as I lack evidence to back up any of my many theories.

If the last minidumps are of March 2013, they will of no help to diagnose the issue of December 2013.

Got 4/5 FPS and if I alt+tab for a while it reaches 7 FPS. GPU Load 77%.
I noticed when the program starts there's some numbers drawn in the upper left corner(some information maybe), which almost instantly disappear.

Hiyya I need mate run this please even if only to eliminate it.
PSU- Jump Start

for a reference
PowerSupply 101: A Reference Of Specifications - Power Supplies asyou will see there is a +/- 5% variance that can make all the difference so11.4v is way too low and 12.6v way too high.

Plus remember correct volts do not mean correct current (amps - in turn watts)

PS I did mean to ask you said you had errors in the memtest and cleaning the sticks cured them - it doesn't make sense to me but I would be running that again.
