BSOD random, memory_management, ntoskrnl.exe fltmgr.sys

I am receiving random BSOD with two different bug check strings.

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

I have updated all of my drivers. I have checked the memory with memcheck both by running it with both sticks installed and one stick installed (both sticks singly). I have checked the HD for errors. Nothing seems to have errors and the BSOD is very random. Sometimes I am using Chrome, sometimes I am not there when it happens, sometimes I am using explorer.

Recently I tried uninstalling my display drivers and going with the plain vanilla Microsoft VGA driver. I didn't get a BSOD for 8 days and thought myself cured (or at lease diagnosed), but it just happened again today.

Any help would be appreciated!

If you are overclocking any hardware, please stop. Reset any changed values back to default and reset/clear CMOS: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS. Uninstall any overclocking tool as these can also be a reason of blue screens.

Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+:

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:

  • Type CMD on Search
  • Left click and Run as Administrator
  • Type SFC /scannow - read here
Run Disk Check on your Hard Drive for file system errors and bad sectors on it - read here

I did all of the benchmark and burnin tests suggested here and elsewhere. After a conversation with AMD tech support they couldn't give me any help other than to say I should return the chip to Amazon.

I returned it and the memory. I got replacements and all is well. I still don't know which one was actually bad, but I am leaning towards the APU chip.
