Hello again everyone,
I am having an issue with new production machines. It doesn't matter if it's 32 or 64 bit Windows 7 Professional. I was unable to successfully run either the DM log collector or the SF diagnostics tool without the machine crashing.
I have separately ran the dxdiag and msinfo32 though, so if I need to provide any more information please let me know. I have attached the dump files along with the dxdiag and msinfo32 files in a .zip folder. I've used the Windbg(x86) which has given me the BUGCHECK_STR: 0x124_GenuineIntel information with the command !analyze -v, although I don't know how to go further into the issue. I'm slowly building my skills, although, I'm not where I'd like to be yet.
thanks in advance to everyone. I really appreciate the help!
