I have a PC with 4 user accounts, 1 is admin, remaining no admin rights.
On admin account it sometimes BSOD's without any obvious reason. Unfortunately this happens daily.
It does it without any obvious program, sometimes even when not used.
It doesnot happen on other accounts.

Already replaced GPU (now MSI R9 270/ was ATi HD5770) and PSU (now seasonig 520W S12II Bronze) as i thought this was causing the issue and PSU was not powerfull enough for new GPU. SO my setup is as attached speccy pic.

I have tried several Registry Cleaners (Wise, Toolwiz and Ccleaner) but no luck so far. All drivers are up to date as far as i know. Unplugged and uninstalled unneccesary USB stuff (like webcam).
Also attached a zip[ file created by DM Log Collector.
Windows tells me it made dump files but whocrashed cannot find them and neither can i.

Hopefully you can help me out here to solve this.

Ccleaner probably wiped your dump files. What exactly did you do with the registry cleaners? I wouldn't recommend messing with the registry as the chances are you've made things worse.

You'll have to wait for the next BSOD and run the tool again to produce new logs including the dump files, in the meantime open an elevated command prompt, type in sfc /scannow and hit enter.

sfc /scannow is already running as i type ;-)
Registry cleaners installed after getting so many BSOD's, i ran them manually, not automatic cleaning.
I did just the check and repair options, i'm not fooling around in the registry myself as i know what the effect can be.....
