BSOD random times

Hi
recently i am getting BSOD at random times . While playing games , Watching movies etc . Drivers are upto date . Help will be appreciated . Adding the zip file in the attachment .

Corei5 4670k
Nvidia Gtx 660ti
Samsung 840evo SSD + Hitachi 3TB
8 GB Corsair XMS3 1600 mhz ram

Looks like your hard drive could be failing. Lets start there first.

Try downloading Crystal disk info to check the Smart stats and see if there are any errors

Hi Gator

Thnx for the reply . I installed Crystal disk info and got these results . Both My HDD stats 1. Samsung SSD 840 evo (good 100%) and 2. Hitachi 3TB (good). Images are attached below
