Hi there, my colleague is getting random BSOD on his relatively new Dell E6330 with W7 Pro x64.

I have grabbed some dump files and tried to understand them in BlueScreenView, but they don't make a lot of sense to me, but these two items are frequently mentioned: NETIO.SYS \ ntoskrnl.exe.

I also ran Memtest86+ and it came back with no errors.

Please can someone help me translate these dump files (attached)?

Many thanks

Thanks koolkat77 for such a detailed reply. Apologies for taking a while to reply, the colleague has been away travelling.

I went through each point and got the following result:

Uninstall Trend Micro and AVG software - done
Install MS Security Essentials & Malwarebytes - done. Found 1 severe issue (trojan) and 8 medium risk issues - all cleaned

Virus check with TDSSKiller - success. Nothing found
Virus check with ESET Online Virus Scanner - success. Nothing found
Remove Startup items - done
Run SFC /SCANNOW - complete, no errors found
Run Disk Check - complete, no errors found
Run HWmonitor - done, see: View attachment 295473
Run Speccy - done, see: View attachment 295472

Update drivers:
PBADRV.sys - couldn't find any updated driver from Dell
lmimirr.sys - uninstalled with Revo and reinstalled new version
LMIRfsDriver.sys - uninstalled with Revo and reinstalled new version

Will have to monitor the situation and see if it BS's again.

Thanks
Slogdosh
