Did a search on 0x0000001e 0x00000124 can't seem to find anything so here we go.

Having a really bad day, one of my WD 1TB Green just died as well today.

BSOD seems to be happening very often today, got about 4 BSOD in about 2 hours time just surfing this forum, decided to grab some data and seek help.

Hi bokbokk.

Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known BSOD causer. Uninstall Daemon Tools at first. Then download SPTD standalone installer from Disk-Tools.com, and execute the downloaded file as guided below :

  • Double click to open it.
  • Click this button only:
  • 2012-12-13_224441.jpg
  • If it is grayed out, as in the picture, there is no more SPTD in your system, and you just close the window.
Uninstall your installed latest version of the display driver.

Then clean up any possible leftover.

Then install version 13.9 WHQL only.

Lately we have seen a lot of issues with the latest 13.12 WHQL AMD Catalyst.

Avast antivirus is failing there.
Code:
fffff800`00b9a9d8 fffff880`09c5e251Unable to load image aswStm.sys, Win32 error 0n2
[COLOR=Red]*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for aswStm.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for aswStm.sys[/COLOR]
 aswStm+0x4251
Uninstall Avast using Avast Uninstall Utility. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.
If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.

Stress test the CPU.
Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95

Is the computer hot? Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy. Alternatively, you can publish a Speccy snapshot too: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/311593-speccy-publish-snapshot-your-system-specs.html .

Also, if possible, apply the latest available BIOS to your motherboard.
ASRock > Products > Motherboard > Z68 Pro3 > Download

Let us know the results.

Thanks for your reply ARC

I've done the following:
  • Removed Daemon Tools
  • Removed SPTD
  • Removed Clean GC driver, reinstalled 13.9 WHQL
  • Removed Avast
  • Installed Microsoft Security Essentials
  • Installed MBAM

Was BSOD-ing on each and every step of that list.
Going to use it for a bit and see what happens.
