BSOD randomly..1-2 times daily

I keep getting a BSOD and it automatically restarts, i cant seem to open the logs where they report to. The only thing i get is when the computer finishes restarting it tells me windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown.. and here are the details of that. How can i start to fix this, i have NO clue what it is
