I only see one thing in the crash dump that really stands out.
That is
82417000 8241b000 wibukey2 wibukey2.sys Thu Nov 09 06:08:22 2006 (45531A36)

By it's date there is no way this can be compatible with windows 7. It simply didn't exist at the time. It's very possible it's causing the page fault that is crashing your kernel. Unfortunately this driver does not exist in my personal driver database and information on it online is pretty vague. I would honestly suggest removing the software associated with it unless you absolutely have to have it.

Also TSDDD isn't reporting properly.
I would suggest a file check to make sure it's not damaged.

Thanks maguscreed for your quick response

Wibu key is necessary as its dongle for the software i am running on this machine. i have more than 8 machines running same drivers (as the only version recommended by software company) and same specs all are working fine excecpt this one.

I am checking TSDD thing , verifying now , will get back to you with result.

unfortunately I don't have much for you then. I can tell you this was a general kernel page fault.
Usually caused when a driver attempts to read or write to the wrong memory address.
It can also be caused by faulty memory.
The only reliable test for ram that's not overly complicated to use is memtest.
I suggest allowing it to run overnight. While it may not find any errors, it can at least clear the RAM.

Also if you have any additional crashes please upload the new files from c:\windows\minidump
With these general kernel faults the more crash dumps I have the better.

oh and here's the memtest link.http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
I prefer this method as it takes windows completely out of the equation.

Do you have anything odd attached to the usb.
That crash today was just a basic kernel fault.
It seems like it came from either a driver from a usb device, or a device itself.
I can't be much more specific than that. These general kernel faults are very difficult to pin down.
