BSOD randomly, error 0x00000051

Hi all, first post here

I've recently been having a BSOD problem with my desktop PC, i start up my computer and it loads up until a few minutes where it blue screens. Ive been into safe mode and opened the dump files with Bluescreenview and found out its something to do with the ntoskrnl.exe file. can anyone find out whats causing it to go to BSOD. info is below:

The most frequent causes of this error are .... virus, registry hive corruption, and hardware failure. Let us start from a particular point.

Scan the system for possible virus infection with the following programs.

Let us know the results.

With TDSSKiller, it found no threats but i'm not able to use Windows Defender offline as i'm in safe mode (screenshot shown below of error)

I have never tried it in Safe Mode. :(

Make the bootable media using any other computer then?
