BSOD (randomly) error 0x00000109

Hello folks,

My system has been randomly BSOD-ing, but usually when idle.

Temperatures seem to be stable.

The event log says:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000109 (0xa3a039d89ddab4f8, 0xb3b7465ef05883ee, 0xfffff800035c3510, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 021713-40451-01.

While I am a fairly tech savvy fella, I won't suggest that I am very familiar with digging deep into the bowels of my PC. For this reason, please respond with fairly idiot-proof terminology and I would be grateful.

CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION (109)
This bugcheck is generated when the kernel detects that critical kernel code or
data have been corrupted. There are generally three causes for a corruption:
1) A driver has inadvertently or deliberately modified critical kernel code
or data. See Patching Policy for x64-Based Systems
2) A developer attempted to set a normal kernel breakpoint using a kernel
debugger that was not attached when the system was booted. Normal breakpoints,
"bp", can only be set if the debugger is attached at boot time. Hardware
breakpoints, "ba", can be set at any time.
3) A hardware corruption occurred, e.g. failing RAM holding kernel code or data.

First test to try:
Please run Memtest. Run for 8 passes and test each stick in a know good slot for an additional 6 passes.:

Please run System File Checker to check the integrity of all Windows 7 system files:

Click on the Start > Type in search cmd
Right click cmd at top and Run as Administrator
Type SFC /scannow at the prompt (note there is a space between SFC and /scannow)

Also please Run chkdsk /f/r in an elevated command prompt.

Click on the Start > Type in search cmd
Right click cmd at top and Run as Administrator
At the command prompt please type: chkdsk /f/r
(Note: there is a space between chkdsk and /f/r)

Thanks a lot for your help.
I had to wait a few days before I could get the time to run all of these tests. But here are my findings:

(1) Memtest86 ran for 11 passes with no errors.
(2) SFC / scannow found no errors.

(3) I ran chkdisk (for almost 24 hours), and I got the following message in the event log:

(4) I've updated the Broadcom drivers

(5) ** "Sonic DVD/CD Driver" -- I couldn't actually find the drivers on the website. I scoured around looking for a place to download, but to no avail. It may just be that I am a bit of a noob, but yeah -- unable to find anything there.

(6) I updated my bios to 1605. The system seemed to not like it at first. After updating and rebooting, I got an error on boot that asked me to reset my "boot settings". I went into the bios and saw that 1605 was the current version. I tried to boot windows again, and on the splash screen I got an error message and system hang/freeze.

I did a hard reboot from that point, and there was no problem getting into Windows. As of now, my bios is 1605, and I haven't BSOD'd yet. (fingers crossed).

(7) All windows updates are installed, and all drivers are up to date.
