BSOD randomly mostly surfing internet

I randomly receives BSOD.
It is mostly when I surfing the internet.
It has happens every since I reinstalled (did a format c:\ before installing) my computer with new version of Windows 7 Ultimate.

Thanks for all help I can get.

Update it from ATHEROS drivers for Microsoft Windows (Atheros?????).

Free up the startup.

  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
  3. Select the “Startup” tab.
  4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
  5. Apply > OK
  6. Accept the restart.

It did work like a charm until I tried to do windows update.
Did install new wireless drivers and also graphic drivers.
