Solved BSOD Randomly, not sure of reason :/

Ya if i had to bet i would lean toward MB just based off the reviews of it but the good out weighed the bad so i went with that but oddly enough and god i hope i dont jinx it, i found a update for my gpu that came out today i believe and i uninstalled and downloaded the new one and so far no game crashes and Dirt 3 always crashed within a replay and so did NFS, i played NFS for straight 4 missions which was a new record cuz i couldnt even get through 1, and Dirt crashed everytime on a replay and i did 3 races and watched all replays and no crashes, so maybe it was just a bad driver or something they finally fixed hopefully but only time will tell.

So ya if any more issues ill report back and ill post the crash message if it will help if one comes up ( crosses fingers )
thanks for that post and links, i bookmarked so can run some more tests cuz i ran that prime95 again and no errors each time, i think what happened was i really didnt understand the program and i was clicking random things while it was running and thats when it popped up so maybe thats what it was but ill see. Thanks again for all the help.

Ok so i just had 2 bsods in 5 mins, i was typing on here and soon as i went into the DMP location to copy bam blue screen. The first time was when i was on youtube and it said HTML5 video not supported or something and so i installed adobe and halfway through it said i had to close out firefox but i couldnt hit X it wouldnt close so i ctrl alt del closed it. finished install. Went back onto firefox and still said HTML5 thing so i went to main youtube home page and it still said to download adobe again but soon as i clicked it bam blue screen.

Then i restart and am getting the files together to upload and it BSOD, thats quickest 2 i ever ever got before so ima try to upload then say more in next post before another BSOD. and here is the error upon restart i got also

1 thing to note, my mb has a built in error led thing. 1 for ram, 1 for boot and 1 for cpu and i believe 1 for gpu also but not sure bout that 1. anyway, i noticed when it BSOD on me this time i looked through case cuz i saw a red led pop up which means error i would think cuz otherwise theres no led on unless a issue. I kinda wish it would BSOD 1 more time so i can confirm this and that it just dont do it when system is restarting cuz it does come on on first boot but it came on while BSOD was on screen and loading DMP file. The MB in question is a asus P8P67 Deluxe rev 3.0 also.

1A is MEMORY_MANAGEMENT. The crash was somewhat inconclusive. The causes of this are memory problems and/or drivers. I suspect memory since your motherboard indicated a hardware fault. You can proceed with Memtest86+

only thing im not sure about is if my MB was just showing the red cuz of error or if all the led error lights for each component were red cuz the way i sit and the way my tower is set, i just happen to be leaned over and could see the RAM 1 but no way i could see the cpu and boot led error lights, kinda why i wished it woulda BSOD again so i could confirm just the ram 1 was on and not all cuz of bsod but mem test is running at the moment.

ill be awake for bit longer so if need any info or anything just say so, if not ill post back after memtest runs for awhile this time.

Ok so memtest86+ still running but i noticed after the first pass was done around 52-53 mins, that the second 1 running is still running at 2hrs and 31 mins and it shows pass 100% at top but its still running test 8. Why would the second pass be taking way longer than first 1? Is that a tell tell sign ram is acting funky or is this normal behavior for this test? just wanna find out cuz dont see why second pass would take longer than first.

It seems to me when I ran Memtest86+ on my systems, the time varied from one pass to another. I believe this is normal behavior. It should take about 6 hours to do 7 passes for every 4 GB of RAM on the system. That was my experience, at any rate. Yours may take a little longer or a little less time depending on the RAM, CPU, etc.

kk just wanted to make sure, well its been 10hrs and 38 mins and its on pass 7 and still no errors but ive ran memtest before along with few other ram testers but im starting to think its the MB at this point causing issues and might end up rma it, what u think? cuz ive done several installs of windows, done plenty of tests, and cpu still gets bsods and acts weird occasionaly.

It's up to you. Hardware caused crashes are very difficult to track down through online debugging. I would suspect CPU, PSU, Motherboard, or Memory at this point because of the Prime95 message. Memory has mostly been ruled out. Do you have the latest BIOS for your motherboard?

Ya i believe hardware cuz ive never had this much trouble on a desktop even though its my first build and i had a pc techy friend help me along the way and he even kinda not sure why i get so many issues.

I have latest bios yes also. And the intel i72600k ive never even seen a review of someone having a bad 1 yet and having to return minus the ppl who just hate intel cpus that give it bad reviews on newegg but doesnt mean they dont exist. Just based off reviews on newegg im leaning toward MB at this point and im currently running prime95 again for and hr and my cpu core temps are in the 80s, is that safe by the way?

Im currently looking at this MB to get as replacement, what do u think, if im not allowed to post links im sorry :/ but if so here is link to the MB im looking at.

What has 28 minutes left to go?

97 is very high. Make sure you have your heat sink on tight and the thermal compound is properly spread on the CPU.
