Strange, try running the SF_Diagnostic Tool again, and then use the Grab All option.

Okay, we'll upload all the files manually:

Minidumps:

Go the specified directory path, and then place all the dump files into a zipped folder.

Code:
C:\Windows\Minidump
MSINFO32:
  1. Start :orb:
  2. Type: msinfo32
  3. File, Save
Place the file into the same zipped folder as before.

System Info:
  1. Start :orb:
  2. Type: cmd > Right-Click > Run As Administrator
  3. Type: systeminfo.exe>C:\sysinfo.txt
Place the file into the zipped folder with all the other files.

Event Logs (Application and System):
  1. Open Event Viewer - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/226084-event-viewer-open-use-windows-7-a.html
  2. Select Application > Save All Events As
  3. Select System > Save All Events As
  4. Place the files into a zipped folder

Thanks for the files, please follow:

Update your System Specifications with Speccy, and then copy this information into your System Specifications: Go to your UserCP, and then select Edit System Spec in the left pane. Copy the information from Speccy into the required fields. These System Specifications will then follow your every post.

Unfortunately, you appear to have a counterfeit installation, you have a OEM_SLP key for Acer/Gateway/Packard Bell on a retail motherboard, please install and format with a genuine key.

Counterfeit installations are extremely unpredictable, and therefore near impossible to debug properly, more importantly they have many security weaknesses and your system is very likely to be vulnerable to malware and other exploits.

Im sorry for the late replay im sick these days...Toothache ;(

About the installation, How is this even possible i phoned my brother about this (his pc but hes over seas) and he told me that its an original/legit windows he even told me where i can find the original CD in his room.

I wasnt the one who installed it for him tho, So am i right in saying that the only way to move forward now regarding troubleshooting this pc is to reformat c:\\ and reinstall windows?

Thank you very much!

The CD must be different to the current installation at the moment, since the OEM_SLP keys are installed at factory.

Install and format with a proper key.
