BSOD randomly ,ntoskrnl, non_paged_area

Hello guys, around 4 months ago i bought a Samsung NP300-E7A. After 2 months of using the notebook i started to get the BSOD. I have warranty on the notebook so i gave it to them to repair , and they said it was the motherboard so they replaced it, but it still still showed the BSOD. I gave it to samsung again to fix but they said they found nothing and made an excuse that it is a 'software' issue and that warranty doesn't cover that. So that is why i have come here. I have attached the appropriate files for you guys to analyze. I also ran the 'blue screen view' app to find out why i get the BSOD and i have attached a .txt for you guys to see.

Also samsung re-formated my computer and that didnt help neither

I see solitary bits missing from CPU registers in almost all the crashdumps. Most likely this is a RAM problem, with CPU and PSU being other possible suspects (mobo can be ruled out since it was replaced).

Run some hardware tests, in the order provided:

RAM: Memtest86+ - 7+ passes
CPU: Prime95 - Torture Test; Blend; overnight (9+ hours)
GPU: MemtestCL - Run twice (if any of the tests work on your GPU; ATI cards will need to install the ATI APP SDK as it requires OpenCL)
Drives: Seatools - All basic tests aside from the Fix all or the advanced ones.

All of these (excluding MemtestCL) are included in the UBCD if you prefer a Live CD environment (which is the best environment to test hardware on). Note that Prime95 currently does not work on the latest version of UBCD. Also, please provide us temps/voltages using HWInfo with Sensors only option checked. Log two 30-minute instances: one for idle, and one for high load. If you can get the system to crash during high load logging, that's even better.
