thank you..

1, no hardware is overclocked
2, it is notebook - cooled turning off even if it is put on air condition system
3, it is fresh installation with latest drivers from toshiba site (my question is if is possible that some incompatible drivers have been downloaded via windows updates?? )
4, bios is not updated, but i am afraid that it will shut down when update will work - it cause total damage of notebook ?? or it is possible to continue after turn on ?
5, i will test ram and HDD, should i test something else?
6, is possible that when i rollback to vista problem will be solved or not?

thank you in advance

First stress your hardware with http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100352-hardware-stress-test-prime95.html and post back results.

It seems you're laptop is having overheating issues.
What is the age of this laptop and its hardware? and how recent did you install windows 7 on it?
Do you have a cooler for your laptop?

Go ahead and help yourself :) or if you have a friend who could help you with the disassemble/reassemble etc.

Once you're done, I would recommend you to rei-nstall Vista on the laptop.
It's likely that some part of the hardware is not compatible with Windows 7.

Good luck
