Daemon Tools is a known cause to BSoDs. Please uninstall it.
Removing DAEMON Tools Lite | daemon-help.com

I note that you're using Microsoft Security Essentials "MSE" on you computer but keeping two antiviruses on your computer specially one like McAfee which alone is a cause to BSoDs, can conflict with each other. Please remove McAfee right away.
How to uninstall or reinstall supported McAfee products using the Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR)

Spybot is good at finding things, but is known to corrupt and slow down the system. Uninstall using the free version of Revo Uninstaller from:

Coming to your BSoD BugCheck and its causes:

STOP 0x000000E1: WORKER_THREAD_RETURNED_AT_BAD_IRQL
Usual causes: Device driver

Code:
[COLOR="RoyalBlue"]BugCheck E1[/COLOR], {fffff800033c2610, 2, fffffa801529e470, fffffa801529e470}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for win32k.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for win32k.sys
Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!IopProcessWorkItem+0 )

The dumps do not give a true probable cause, but is caused by a "device driver".

Suggestions:
Run the system file checker for finding and fixing the integrity of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

In addition, Run this tool and delete anything it finds:
Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller

Let us know the results and further BSoDs if any.
