Solved BSOD randomly while downloading and gaming

I have been getting a BSOD recently and am not sure why it seems to happen randomly when I am gaming or downloading I think it might be my HDD because it has been fairly noisy lately and when I'm downloading I leave my pc idle and when I come back it sometimes has blue screened.

I have cleared and reinstalled with the latest amd drivers.
I have tested my gpu with furmark and it was fine and capped out at 77C.
I did windows memory ram test for 7 runs and nothing came up (I am going to do memtest when I get the time).

I have written two of the most recent ones down:

The zip you uploaded does not contain any crash dump. Check in C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. If anything is there, zip it and upload it.

Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Weird I used the SFDiagnostictool here is another not sure if that has them in I think it does if not just tell me and I'll get them manually.

It's just happened again twice when trying to watch netflix again Its starting to really get to me now it wasn't too bad getting 1 every few days but thats 3 in about 30 minutes.

This time I got

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.
Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

Is the computer hot? Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy.

Update your ATI/AMD display driver.
You can get it from the link in our forum, http://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-...alyst-video-driver-windows-7-a.html#post17671, or you may go to AMD Graphics Driver and Software and opt for Automatically Detect and Install the appropriate driver for your card.

During installation, you may opt for advanced installation, and install the display driver only, not the Catalyst Control Center.

Also update Realtek PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC driver, from Realtek , take the Win7 and WinServer 2008 R2 Auto Installation Program dated 2013/5/22.

One thing is very important, that is upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

Click on the start button
Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

I looked up one of the blue screens the afd.sys one and turns out my ethernet driver might have gone bad so I got it off gigabytes driver list for my motherboard again and repaired it then I ran memtest and it turns out one of my 4gb sticks of ram was causing errors hopefully this is the end of my problems it seems to have worked.
